Traveling is one of the most common things on everyone’s bucket list, and even on mine – there’s a line that goes ‘visit at least one new country this year’. And although the year so far has been an absolute roller-coaster for me, I still somehow managed to visit not one, but 5!! new countries, which makes me incredibly happy and thankful. Here is the list of the places I’ve been to:
Spain (Barcelona)
Spain is one of my favourite places that I feel like you can never fully explore. There always will be some small street or a beach hidden somewhere or some fab sangria recipe that you haven’t tried before. Barcelona is such a gem and I can’t wait to go back one day.

Slovakia
This little gem has a special place in my heart now, and although I’ve spend my whole summer there, I can’t wait to go back and meet all of my new friends and create even more amazing memories with them.

Hungary (Budapest)
I don’t have any Instagram posts from Budapest, and I didn’t take a lot of pictures anyway. I wanted to capture every single second of it, but my camera will never be able see what my eyes and soul did.
Austria (Vienna)
Another incredible city, which unfortunately I had only a day to visit. There’s plenty of history, chocolate cakes and incredibly beautiful architecture, that even a month is not enough to enjoy.
Belgium (Brussels)
And last but not least, one city, where instead of a guide, it’s the smell of tasty Waffles that you try to follow around. 🙂
Bulgaria and Scotland
I’m only going to briefly mention those, as I’ve visited a lot of new stunning places in both of those countries, but you are probably sick and tired of reading about them, so maybe some other time :).
Have you been to any of those places, and if not – where would you like to go?

September 27, 2018 at 10:52 pmWoooohooo, that’s amazing! I’d love to travel more, as I’ve barely travelled aside from last year going to Spain where I did also manage to go to Barcelona (but only for a day on a bus trip from Salou). Happy travels indeed – which was your favourite adventure?xx
September 27, 2018 at 4:56 pmI don’t think I have a favourite here, as I visited all the places with different people during very different periods of my life (a lot can change for five months, you know). I’d say I cherish every moment 🙂 Where would you like to go the most?
