Although I have to study for my exam, I just had to share this with you! I’m so excited that my marzia floral box is finally here with me, and it feels like Christmas now! (I also add this post as a response to the daily prompt, because the box is full with pink confetti, and it’s girly and I love it).
I was lucky enough to be one of the two winners of a giveaway, which the lovely Oriana hosted a while ago. She hit 1000 followers (which are now 1500 and I wish her many, many more in the future) and decided to reward them, by offering them a chance to win one of the amazing Marzia’s subscription boxes. OMG, isn’t that the loveliest and most generous blogger out there! If you are reading this, Oriana, thank you sincerely, you are the best! 🙂 I just hope that one day I could reach 1000 followers and make something so adorable for them, the same way like you did.
Okay, this this posts is going to be a loooooong one, because there were so many wonderful stuff inside the box! All of them are new to me, so I can’t wait to try them out! But first, let’s appreciate how beautiful the cover of the box is! There are several products, which complement the theme My Forest Creatures, and you can build your own empire of adorableness! Obviously I’m going to start with them.
First there’s this tiny sewing kit, which I personally love because it’s the most adorable travel essential ever! I’m going to be taking it everywhere with me, it’s that compact!
Then we have this lovely white canvas/tote handbag, with the same creatures on the front. I’m going to gift this to my grandmother, but don’t think that it’s because I don’t like it! Of course I do, but baba has a huge collection of such bags, and I want to add another one. I’m sure she’d be as happy as I am now.
The last item from the collection is this huge lavender candle. And the forest creatures are actually hiding on the bottom of it!
Moving on to some skin-care and make up!
Yes to Calming Micellar Cleansing Water – 95% natural ingredients. It smells like real fresh cucumber, can’t wait to try it! It has this interesting pump, which is totally new to me. I haven’t seen a product with such feature before! (230ml product retails for $8.99).
Kenra Professional Platinum Blow Dry Spray – I think that’s the product I’m most excited about! It promises to decrease the blow-dry time and also provide heat protection. As a person with a waist-long hair, this sounds like a holy savior to me! (100ml product retails for $22).
Smashbox Photo Finish Primer – This is also a product which I’ve been wanting to try for such a long time! There are so many people raving about it, that there’s no way that it’s not good! (30ml product retails for £26).
Custom Marzia WinkyLux Eyashadow in shade Fuoco. This is a single shade from the limited collab-collection of Marzia with WinyLux. There’s also the whole palette which is inspired by nature, and singles which you can get to build your own. Anyway, this is not a shade that I’d personally pick for myself, because I’m still hesitant about wearing red. However I’d definitely try to experiment with some bold looks! (palette retails for $25, singles – $9).
DERMA E Microdermabrasion Scrub – another product that I can’t wait to try! 100% vegan and cruelty free. And it smells like lemons, mmm! (56g product retails for $29.99).
FRUU Lip Balm – I doubt that there’s anyone who is not always looking for new lip balms to try! This one has instantly found its place in my bag, as it’s moisturizing, smells gorgeous and it also has a nice taste (lol). Vegan and cruelty free as well. There are also many other options to pick from – Watermelon, Avocado, Cherry, etc. I’m definitely getting another one! (lipbalm retails for £2.99).
Tarte Lippie Lingerie in Racy – amazing formula, also vegan and cruelty free. This was another product I was looking forward to try. Unfortunately, the shade is ridiculously dark for my skin tone, although I’m sure it’d look amazing on some chocolate-skinned lady. If you know one, or you want it for yourself and don’t mind it being swatched on – please email me. I don’t have any intentions to wear it, it’s just not me. Or I can do it as a giveaway? I don’t know – please advise me. (retails for $24)
Marzia’s Essential Oil Roll-on Perfume – such a gorgeous scent! Exactly something I’d pick for myself. Very warm, fruity, feminine and absolutely delicate aroma! I’m so in love with it, well done Marzia!
WunderExtentions Volumizing Mascara – who doesn’t want amazing lashes! It has two phases – one blue and one black – so exciting! (mascara retails for £19.95).
Spectrum Collections Rain Glow Brush – woah, a rainbow brush!! So nice and soft, it’s just a pleasure to work with it (brush retails for £19.99).
Fresh Rose Deep Hydratation Face cream – the tiniest and cutest cream sample I have ever seen! It’s so adorable and smells like freshly cut roses! (50ml product retails for $40 at Sephora).
Surprise Product from Kate Aspen – I was literally surprised to find these adorable salt and pepper shakers. I think they would be the perfect gift for any spring occasion!
And last but not least – two more items from Marzia’s fashion collection – a lemon patch and a white wire headband. As I’ve lost my pink headband somewhere, I’m so happy that I’ve got a new one!
Aaaaand that was it. Oh my, the box was huge! Everything inside it was a nice surprise for me, as I’ve never tried any of the products! With the overall value of more than $150, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone! I love that Marzia has thought of every skin-care step – from cleansers, to moisturizers, make up, fragrances and even accessories! So well worth it!
Thank you for reading and please let me know what you do with products that you don’t use, but want to give to somebody else.
