I really have two favourite things to review – lipsticks and eyeshadows. They both always get me excited, as you can never have too much of any of them, especially if they are worth it. I already talked about the Phase Zero lip range, which was dropped last month, and if you’ve missed that – you definitely need to catch up. Today I’m going to review some of the new Phase Zero eyeshadows, which were launched only a few days ago!
First let’s talk about the packaging. And if you haven’t noticed – it’s mesmerizing! I’ve attached two photos of the same palette, which is reflecting the light in different colours! The palette itself is magnetic and very secure, and also has a huge mirror which is always a great feature.
I received 12 magnetic eyeshadows, which were individually wrapped in their own packaging. You can mix and match (similarly to MAC and Makeup Geek) I think 20 shades to create your dream palette. Each pan contains 1.8G or 0.06OZ of product and is made in Taiwan.
Those are the 12 shadows that I received – some of them are shimmers, some have a beautiful sheen to them, but unfortunately there are no matte shades at the moment. I really hope they launch some mattes too, especially at this quality and price point. I love that those shades are really sparkly but also very wearable, but I really hope we see some crazy blues and pinks in future launches!
As you can see – stunning swatches. All of them are super sparkly and pigmented, without a single exception. Texture varies between different shades, for example Snowball and Party Dress are very soft and kind of remind me of a loose pigment, while the rest are hard pressed. I’ve already tried wearing Nude Newbie and I can proudly confirm that it lasts all day, even without an eyeshadow primer.
You can order the Phase Zero products from their website and don’t forget to use my code SIYANA5 for £5 off your first order.
Disclaimer: this is not a sponsored post, all opinions are my own. I’m just genuinely impressed by the quality of the Phase Zero products. And as you can see from the swatches, there’s definitely a solid reason to be!
